Onesie Cookies

When I had the chance to host a baby shower, I could not resist making these adorable Onesie cookies. They taste as sweet as they look. The recipe comes from Elisa Strauss. I am a huge fan of Elisa. She owns the famed bakery Confetti Cakes. I can spent hours reading and looking through her pictures and recipes.

This cake was fun to make and so delicious. The icing is Italian Meringue Buttercream with white chocolate mixed in. It is decorated with fresh roses.

This cake was a true joy for me to make. It was so colorful and almost whimsical. Adding the tiny butterflies brought it to life.

11 X 15 sheet, two layers.

5 Tier Wedding Cake

5 Tiers, non-dairy whipped icing. Each cake torted into four layers. Chocolate layers filled with chocolate ganache, vanilla layers filled with whipped icing and raspberry preserves.
